At the heart of my approach to team development and coaching is a research-backed framework that identifies 8 key elements that drive high performance in teams. After an in-depth intake conversation to understand your team’s specific challenges and aspirations, I design a bespoke program tailored to address those focus areas. Using this framework, we explore the foundational conditions of psychological safety and clarity, and build towards creating a culture of accountability, learning, and impactful collaboration. The methodology invites teams to reflect on eight core questions that help unlock their potential:
