I partner with HR and Talent leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organisation. Through a blend of executive coaching, leadership coaching and tailored development programmes and workshops, I support leaders at all levels — new managers, mid-level leaders and senior executives — to build the clarity, confidence and behavioural habits that drive high performance so they can manage complexity with calm confidence, and create the conditions for empowered, accountable teams.
How I can support leaders
We begin with an intake conversation with HR to understand context, expectations, and any assessments. I meet with the leader for a chemistry call to make sure there’s a fit. Together, we clarify their challenges, goals, and what success looks like. Once aligned, I explain the coaching approach and ways of working — and then we begin the coaching journey.
